Dark Night Architects (DNA) was founded by the directors and co-owners of JKDA after several years of having grown into a leading Architectural firm specialising in bespoke, emotive residential design. This growth and exposure created the opportunity to embrace even more larger scale projects. In view of the foregoing, Dwayne Olivier, who has been in the industry for more than one and a half decade, established DNA as a separate brand to front and facilitate these development scale projects. DNA is spearheaded with background stemming from commercial architecture (including the prestigious Lynnwood Bridge Retail and Office Park Precinct in Pretoria) as well as Development and Investment opportunity sourcing, compilation and management. These accolades are backed by an Architectural Degree from the University of Pretoria as well as cum laude qualification in Property Development and Investment from the University of Cape Town. The core of DNA’s approach to all projects is Cost-, Time- and Quality- sensitive with a deep understanding of risk assessment, viability, market conditions and contractual matters in the industry.
