This mixed use building was part of a competition-based application where DNA, in a corporate partnership (SPV) with Base Architects, was successfully awarded the project. This ‘tower’ stands in the middle of a water body and the brief was to obtain 48m height on the top floor and a helipad on the roof. Although this project is part of a much larger $7.5Bn investment and development to address national shortfalls, the information remains sensitive for the time being. Primarily constructed for a specific purpose that will take preference and occupy the top 2 floors, the other multiuse amenities will include hotel rooms, small gym, auditorium, restaurant, canteen, medical facilities, locker rooms etc.
